KC AI SEO collects the information you type into the audit request form and nothing else. This page states what is collected, who processes it, how long it is kept and how to have it deleted. No tracking cookies are set. No advertising pixels run on this site.
What we collect
The audit request form collects four values: your website address, your email address, your industry, and any message you write. Each is a field you fill in. Nothing is collected in the background and nothing is inferred about you.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a third-party form service. Your submission passes through their systems before reaching our inbox. Their handling is governed by their own privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy. We hold the resulting email in a standard business mailbox.
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare records standard server request logs, including IP addresses, as part of delivering and protecting the site.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics package, advertising pixel or cross-site tracker runs here. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to deliver the font file.
How long it is kept
Enquiry emails are kept for 24 months, then deleted. An enquiry that becomes a client engagement is kept for the life of the engagement plus seven years, which is the standard retention period for business records.
Your choices
Email hello@kcaiseo.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. No account exists to close, because this site has no login.
