Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of kcaiseo.com and the purchase of an AI visibility audit or retainer. They state plainly what is guaranteed and what is not, because the outcome this service works toward sits partly outside anyone's control.
What is guaranteed
Three things are guaranteed. The audit runs 40 published checks and returns a written findings document within 10 business days. The retainer runs the agreed prompt set at the agreed cadence and reports the result. Every figure reported is measured, never estimated.
What is not guaranteed
No citation, ranking, position or traffic volume is guaranteed. Assistant retrieval, index refresh timing and competitor behaviour are outside our control. Any provider guaranteeing a citation is not measuring one.
Payment
The audit is paid in full before work starts and is credited against the first retainer month. Repair is due at scope acceptance. Retainers are billed monthly in advance on a three-month minimum, after which the engagement continues until you end it in writing.
What you keep
You keep everything produced for you: the findings document, the prompt set, the full citation log and the change history. These are handed over on request and at the end of an engagement.
Your website
Changes to your site are made only with your approval, or by you from our written instructions. You remain responsible for backups and for the accuracy of the business information you supply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. This version is effective 21 September 2026.
